• All returns must have an RGA number (valid for 15 days), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Returned items must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in their original packaging, and must be shipped freight prepaid.
• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping charges and applicable payment processing fees will be deducted from the total refund.
• Product suitability or customer preference is not considered as a valid reason for return.
• Hygiene, bath, and toilet-related items are not eligible for return once opened or used due to health concerns.
